Welcome one and all to what I hope will become a helpful site for the technologically challenged. It is not my goal to fix people's computers, but rather to provide the computer repair industry with a certain measure of honesty that I feel it currently lacks.

I see people being confused about what they are paying for, or else paying far too much to get something fixed, simply because they don't know what is going on.

In these forums and articles, I hope to give useful information to give you, the average computer user, the tools necessary to see if you're getting a bum deal, or even to see if it's something you can fix yourself!
